This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies RallyCarsMarket uses, what they do and how you can control them.

1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store. Cookies let the site remember your session (so you stay logged in), protect forms from abuse, remember your preferences and – with your consent – measure how the site is used or support advertising. Similar technologies, such as local storage in the browser, are treated the same way here.
2. Your choices
When you visit us for the first time we show a banner with three options: Accept all, Customise (choose categories individually) and Essential only (reject everything that is not necessary). Only strictly necessary cookies are set before you make a choice.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time: or use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Your choice is stored for six months and is recorded for evidence purposes (date, categories selected and a hashed IP address). You can also delete all cookies in your browser settings; note that blocking essential cookies will stop log-in and forms from working.
3. Categories we use
- Strictly necessary – required for the site to work: session, security and consent cookies. They are used under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and do not require consent.
- Functional – remember your preferences, for example the last search filters used.
- Analytics – help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Used only with your consent.
- Marketing – used to measure and display advertising, including by partners whose creatives we show. Used only with your consent.
4. Cookies currently in use
The list below is maintained automatically: once a day a scanner goes through the site, records every cookie actually set and reports new ones to the administrator. Each entry states its purpose, who sets it and how long it lasts.
Strictly necessary
Needed for the site to work: signing in, security, forms and remembering this cookie choice. They cannot be switched off.

5. Third-party content

6. More information
How personal data collected through cookies is processed is described in our Privacy policy. Questions and data requests: [email protected].
